With over 15 years of experience in leadership and management roles across hospitality, retail, real estate, and healthcare, I bring a unique perspective to UX design. My journey has taken me from running high-performance restaurants and cafes to managing multimillion-dollar supermarket operations at ALDI, and even leading teams in hospitals and pharmacy chains. This diverse background has given me "skin in the game" – a deep understanding of not only customer experience but also employee experience, ensuring that companies can deliver on their promises at every touchpoint.
