Background
Neutopia is an innovative platform that focuses on creating and nurturing community engagement, particularly within learning and development sectors. The company is committed to enhancing connections and delivering dynamic learning experiences online. Neutopia serves a diverse range of clients, including forward-thinking organizations, changemakers, leaders, educators, and entrepreneurs.
The platform operates like a central nervous system for communities, relaying real-time data to power insights, engagement, and recommendations. It's designed to cater to various groups like alumni associations, entrepreneur incubators, and membership communities. By offering features like automated communications, relevant content delivery, and a dynamic social network, Neutopia aims to facilitate lifelong learning and career resilience.
Neutopia is more than just a digital platform; it's a dynamic way of thinking aimed at building more connected and compassionate communities through technology and universally accessible education.
This year, Neutopia introduced a major update to its platform, empowering community admins (B2B customers) to create engaging content. The update includes features for promoting events (integrating with Eventbrite and other platforms), a robust Learning Management System (LMS) to create complete courses, and extensive support for content sharing from over 2000 platforms, including YouTube and Miro.
The end users, such as alumni members, can specify their interests upon logging in, leading to a personalized content feed. This presents a unique opportunity for educational institutions and other organizations to target a highly relevant audience.
Project Brief
This brief focuses on exploring how AI, smart features, and integrations (such as Canva) can transform community admins into superheroes within their roles. Fast-track everyday community admin to become highly effective admins/superusers:
1. Creating Engaging Content: Equip admins with the tools to design visually appealing and engaging posts without needing graphic design experience. This involves leveraging integrations like Canva for easy and professional content creation:
a. Community engagement (e.g. engaging members and groups in discussions and chats)
b. Training (e.g. designing courses, workshops)
c. Event promotion (e.g. promoting specific events posted on other event
management platforms such as Eventbrite)
2. Learning and Iteration: Enable admins to easily learn from previous campaigns and iterate on strategies to improve conversion rates and overall performance. This includes fostering a culture of experimentation without fear and encouraging continual improvement.
3. Empowering the Organization: Empower other members of the organization by making it easy for them to succeed in their roles, whether it's through creating content, managing events, or engaging with the community.
4. Visibility and Impact: Increase the visibility of outcomes and achievements, making it easier for admins to demonstrate success and celebrate milestones within their communities.

Use-cases
1. Onboarding Process for Community Admins: Leverage AI to optimize the onboarding process for community admins (B2B Clients), helping them quickly achieve KPIs and understand their roles and responsibilities (R&R). This includes tools and resources like guided tours and video content to shorten the learning curve.
2. Accessing Valuable Insights: Develop features that allow community admins to easily access valuable insights, enabling them to quickly learn, iterate, and improve the performance of promoted events, courses, and other content. This includes providing clear, actionable analytics and feedback.
3. Content Creation: Enhance the content creation process by integrating tools like Canva, allowing admins to design professional and engaging posts without graphic design experience. This feature aims to streamline content production and ensure high-quality outputs.

4. Guidance and Support for Admin Tasks: Implement smart features to guide community admins while performing their tasks, helping them leverage the platform's advanced capabilities. This includes providing contextual assistance and recommendations for utilizing AI and other integrations effectively.
Each student should select 2 use cases to address from a UX design perspective, ensuring that each use case is covered by at least three students. Students are encouraged to research other platforms leveraging AI and smart features, suggest innovative solutions and test these ideas with real users with usability testing.
