Me Plus More

Background
Me Plus More is an online platform specifically designed to empower people with Intellectual Disability to work towards their goals & independence.
Me Plus More offers 3 programs:
- Independent Living Skills where members can jumpstart their independence journey by building confidence, and a healthy mindset and help achieve their goals. This program includes a range of topics all focusing on independence from choosing supports, online safety training, good hygiene practices etc.
- Women in the Workplace has been funded by the Office for Women to empower more women who are living with intellectual disability to access the right support & guidance to find, keep a job and live independently.
- Work It focuses on employability skills for those with an intellectual disability. There are a range of topics from understanding your rights, safety in the workplace, understanding consent etc.
Me Plus More is a membership site, where members not only work through the topics within the programs, they are part of our growing online community for support and connection.

The Project Brief
This brief focuses on enhancing the user experience for the public interface of the Me Plus More website, specifically targeting improvements in homepage design and content, as well as website navigation and accessibility.
The homepage serves two distinct purposes:
1. Encourage visitors with intellectual disabilities (or their advocates) to become members
2. Assist in the engagement of new disability service providers to incorporate Me Plus More
into their offerings.
The goal is to review the data supplied by Me Plus More and conduct usability testing sessions to identify areas for user experience enhancement and provide these recommendations back to Me Plus More in the form of a high-fidelity prototype design. Solutions will be proposed accordingly, to balancing the website design to serve its two distinct purposes.
